2. Nature of Engagement

Engagement with Helvetia Private Office is based on a service relationship focused on guidance, coordination, and support.

No lawyer-client, fiduciary, or other regulated professional relationship is established through the use of our services.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

All outcomes, decisions, and timelines relating to any application, process, or request are determined solely by the relevant authorities, institutions, or third parties.

While the Company applies a structured and experience-driven approach, no guarantee is made regarding:

  • Eligibility
  • Approval
  • Processing time
  • Final outcome

4. Fees and Payment Terms

All fees relate exclusively to advisory, coordination, research, and administrative services provided by the Company.

Fees are not contingent on results or outcomes

Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced

Payment terms will be defined in the client proposal or agreement

Any third-party costs (e.g., legal fees, government fees, archival research fees) are separate and payable directly by the client unless otherwise agreed.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
  • Respond in a timely manner to requests
  • Review all submissions before they are filed

The Company is not responsible for delays or negative outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or late information provided by the client.

6. Third-Party Involvement

The Company may introduce or coordinate with third-party professionals, including but not limited to:

  • Lawyers
  • Archival specialists
  • Government institutions

Such third parties operate independently. The Company is not responsible for:

  • Their advice
  • Their performance
  • Their fees
  • Their outcomes

Any contractual relationship with third parties is between the client and the respective provider.

7. Confidentiality

The Company treats all client information with strict confidentiality and discretion.

Information will only be shared where necessary to provide services and, where appropriate, with the client’s knowledge.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helvetia Private Office shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect losses
  • Decisions made by authorities or third parties
  • Delays, rejections, or adverse outcomes
  • Actions taken based on information provided through our services

Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount of fees paid for the services in question.

9. Data Protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, GDPR principles.

10. Intellectual Property

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland.

The place of jurisdiction shall be Zug, Switzerland, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

13. Acceptance
